Hello,

I think it is a new problem. It is a bit unfortunate that those tests
rely on external web sites (and those seeem to no longer exist).

If you want, you can file the report directly in the JIRA:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VFS/

It seems to be safe to ignore that failure.
