Referring to

I wonder whether it is at all a good idea to provide this
functionality.
If the only expected usage is for
https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/java/util/Collections.html#shuffle-java.util.List-java.util.Random-
I'd rather consider providing such a "shuffle" method in CM
(for use with a CM RNG).
