According to the release guide, those should be removed before closing the staging repo. No blocker. - SVN tag and source release contents differ: $ diff -wqr csv-1.4-RC2/ commons-csv-1.4-src Only in csv-1.4-RC2/: .svn Only in csv-1.4-RC2/: CONTRIBUTING.md Only in csv-1.4-RC2/: README.md Only in csv-1.4-RC2/src/test/java/org/apache/commons/csv: CSVBenchmark.java Why is the Benchmark missing?
