Build works fine with Java 1.7 on Windows 10. Artifacts and site look
good (there are a number of PMD and findbugs warnings, but I think this
is acceptable).

However, I was not able to build the site locally because of:

[ERROR] Could not find resource
'c:\data\dev\projects\OpenSource\bcel\bcel-6.0-src/findbugs-exclude-filter.xml'.
-> [Help 1]

This file is missing from the source distribution. This prevents me from
voting +1.

Note: I did a rather technical check of the artifacts and cannot judge
if the content is really what the users desire.

Thanks
Oliver
