The CMS workspace has now been sorted by infra, and the link is now working.
== The problem was that the SVN entry here: https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/websites/staging/commons/trunk/content/crypto and the actual website, which is derived from the staging area above https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/websites/production/commons/content/crypto was a plain file containing the contents of download_crypto.html instead of a directory containing the file download_crypto.html. I'm not sure how that happened, but I have noticed that CMS/svnpubsub does not behave well when an SVN entry changes from a file to a directory.
