In the docs the component name should be "Apache Commons RNG": - Use "Apache" in front of Commons - Use "RNG" in caps since it is an acronym. Keeping the "rng" in the logo is fine, it's just a style choice. So: "Commons Rng: Random numbers generators Commons Rng provides implementations of pseudo-random numbers generators. Download Rng" becomes: "Apache Commons RNG: Random Numbers Generators Commons Rng provides implementations of pseudo-random numbers generators.
