Hey @PascalSchumacher ! I looked at a couple of other commons projects but
seems like we don't have and/or follow a standard for pom files. Each have
their own way of listing things.
Yes this replaced the self closing tags and personally either is fine for
me but it does make it more it more readable and since making it a bit more
verbose is not gonna have any impact I guess we should be fine. I would love to
hear more suggestions from others before we decide on this PR.
