It uploads the previously built components before getting to sampling. And if I 
don’t run through the tests then we don’t get the -test.jar files, so I figured 
that I’d just deal with the failures to get a good full build. No stress on it, 
I just want to get RC2 as right as possible (which I think I just did…fingers 
crossed).
