Then the question becomes: What's ASF's best interest?
Because, as a user of the "service" (here: automatic builds),
we don't really care whether it is provided by "Vendor A" or
"Vendor B".
If the Travis service is redundant, is there any willingness to
cut the cost by using an equivalent GitHub service?
Will if reduce spending if we stop using Travis?
