Hello Avijit Basak. To get things moving, you could perhaps let us know about your current usage of the GA functionality implemented in "Commons Math" and what your plan is to expand on it, if it were to become a new component of this Apache project (e.g. how it would compare with alternative Java projects that provide GA).
