I have made the following changes:
The b2_0 branch has been deleted. It was never used.
The b1_4 branch has been deleted. It was never used. 1.x replaces it.
I have created a 1.x branch from the 1.4 tag.
b1_3 remains unchanged. It could be renamed 1.3.x but since no further
development is expected on 1.3.x, I opted to leave it as is. The same
applies to b1_2 and b1_2_1.
I will update the 1.x branch to 1.5 (for consistency with previous 1.x
versions) and then back-port my recent (ish) file count limit change.
I will also review the changes between 1.4 and HEAD on the master branch
for possible back ports for 1.x/1.5. I only intend to back-port bug fixes.
