Hi. There are several questions/remarks/issues involved in this thread.
The first, in order of priority, is to know whether Jay Sharma would also be interested to contribute outside of GSoC, because AFAIK, we could gather enough mentors (IIRC only Piotr answered to my message on that subject a few weeks ago) to participate in this year's programme. Then how to add the "PCA" feature to Commons Math could be discussed in a thread of its own.
