The Apache Commons Lang team is pleased to announce the release of
Apache Commons Lang 3.18.0.

Commons Lang is a set of utility functions and reusable components
that should be useful in any Java environment.

Starting with Commons Lang 3.9, we target Java 8.

Apache Commons Lang, a package of Java utility classes for classes in
java.lang's package, or are considered to be so standard as to justify
existence in java.lang.

The code is tested using the latest revision of the JDK for supported
LTS releases: 8, 11, 17, and 21.

This is a feature and maintenance release. Java 8 or later is required.
