I’ve completed the following checks:
- Verified checksums and signatures.
- Successfully ran unit tests. One minor issue:
`TypeHandlerTest.testCreateDate` is locale-sensitive, and required
changing my locale to `en_US`.
- Confirmed the reproducibility of the artifacts.
- Reviewed the RAT report for license compliance.
- Checked the JApiCmp report against the changelog.
