What if their policy comes from the fact that commons-lang3 breaks backward compatibility by bumping the minimal Java requirement in minor releases? It is not just "their" policies. They integrate a lot of libraries, and I can easily relate why restricting minor upgrades might be good for the end users. Vladimir
