I think that for 3) you could say "advertise 0.2.0 and clarify the new goal (VFS-like and/or basic impl?) The intentions of the (remaining) developers should also be queried and noted in this report IMO. This new intent could help out flush out a 0.3.0 release along with the further Common-ification of the project and build.
