Yes! Here is a high-level feature comparison of Allura and Gitlab and many other similar platforms: https://forge-allura.apache.org/p/allura/wiki/Feature%20Comparison/ At this point only the Allura project is hosting on forge-allura.apache.org There was some discussion with Apache Labs but that hasn't turned into anything yet. So the Allura PMC is supporting that installation ourselves.
