Hi Apache, In our department in Danske Bank Group IT in Denmark we have developed a plugin to Apache Sqoop (it is still a prototype). The plugin we have developed can import mainframe files that aren't text, but files that have "mainframe native" data types by the use of a structure description. The plugin is coded in Java.
We'd like to share this plugin prototype with the Apache Hadoop community. How do we go about with this in the best manner?
