Hello Apache Committers On behalf of the Apache Community Development team I am sending you out a link to the ASF's first Committers Diversity Survey. Participation is completely voluntary and we hope very much that all 5861 of you will participate in the survey. Diversity Survey Link ---------------------------- Please click the link below to take the survey: <http://communitysurvey.apache.org/>http://communitysurvey.apache.org/ I just completed the survey. It only takes like 3 minutes. No reason not to participate. Regards, Benedikt Background Information --------------------------------- If you have not seen the survey announcement or followed the mailing list discussions around the survey and why we are running it, then you can find out more details on the survey itself or at the link below: <https://blogs.apache.org/comdev/entry/the_apache_community_development_team> https://blogs.apache.org/comdev/entry/the_apache_community_development_team The survey is confidential and anonymous. In order to restrict access to committers only, you will need to login to access the survey weblink. The survey tool will not store your Apache ID nor link it to any of your responses and it will not capture your IP address. The survey will be open from 28th November 2016 to the 11th December 2016. The survey results will be announced approximately a week after the survey closes on the committers and community development mailing lists. We hope to get as many responses as possible so that we can get a better picture of the diversity of our committer base. Thank you very much for your support and hope that you are also looking forward to seeing the results. Thanks Sharan
