BTW, in order to generate the single file, in the README I explain how to
generate the PDF files for the inside and outside using the "Print to pdf file"
option.
Once you have the two files, you can join them (rotating the pages if needed)
easily with any PDF modification tool. PDFsam is an open source one that can be
used in all platforms: http://pdfsam.org/
You can replace the last sentence in the README that refers to OSX by a link to
this tool, so anyone can easily download and use it to produce the proper PDF.
