Hi Pranay

I'm still talking to MOO about some small changes. For example

- We have loaded both card formats onto MOO, so that people can order the
standard card or the general community card in one central place
- Ted highlighted the difference in business card size for the US so we need
the cards to be available in both US and non US sizes (NOTE: At the moment the
standard (white) card is in US size and the community (red) card in non US
size. We want the both to be available in both)

So getting back to your question about a procedure going forward, I think that
we need to provide some documentation guidance, so a simple wiki page about the
introduction of the cards, why we have two formats, how to use them and also
how to use sign up and order them.

I'll look at putting something together next week.

If people want cards, then they can order them now (I received mine yesterday)
and I'll wait until the wiki page documentation is done before I send out a
wider communication to the committers or project lists.

Thanks
Sharan
