*OpenWhisk GSOC: Dev Experience: IDE Debugging (VSCode, IntelliJ)*
Today we have some tools and sample to allow a developer to run an action
locally, mostly nodejs and java.
It would be good if the Student can implement plugins/extensions for IDEs such
as Visual Studio Code and IntelliJ to allow developer to easily run and debug
(i.e. breakpoint) their functions in all supported languages emulating the
proxy and running inside the container.
