The Reporter Tool has a function to extract release data from JIRA. This is run
on demand for a specific project.
I'm not sure it makes sense to suddenly start extracting the info for all
projects.
The PMC may have already updated the database with the relevant data.
However it may be worth adding an on-demand scan.
