Hi, 

I'm Rishi Tekriwal a junior at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I have good 
experience in C++, coding theory, organization, some web systems, map reduce, 
GFS, I have used sqlite3 for web apps. I have the same question as [~Fady 
faragallah]. 
  "I hope to know if there's some competency test to apply and what would be 
good practice to get familiar with the process"
