HTTP/3 is the next iteration of the HTTP protocol.
An HTTP/3 implementation requires a number of building blocks of which this is
one.
HTTP/2 introduced HPACK - a compression scheme for HTTP headers. HTTP/3 will
use a variation of this scheme - QPACK.
This project is to provide a QPACK implementation (including test cases) for
Apache Tomcat. The implementation should take advantage of the existing HPACK
implementation where it makes sense to do so.
