ensures a cronjob is generating an actual repositories.json again.
since nobody knew how the file was generated i created the following python
script to fetch the svn top locations for projects and merge it with the gitbox
repositories.json:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/comdev/projects.apache.org/trunk/scripts/cronjobs/generaterepos.py
