Description:
In [Committer Accept
Template|https://community.apache.org/newcommitter.html#committer-accept-template]
section on ComDev site, we have reference of Forrest project to have mention
the project's guidelines. Since the Forrest is now in attic, we should not use
it as reference.
As [~clr] suggested at
[here|https://github.com/apache/comdev-site/pull/41/files#r650446379],
Forrest is now in the attic and might not be a great example any more...
