Apache Shiro Recently migrated to GitHub. It would be useful to see the project
statistics excluding bot traffic, to better gauge community traffic.
For example, this quarter 103 Pull Requests were opened in `apache/shiro`, only
23 of them were from a human.
> *NOTE:* Bot traffic IS still useful, for example if Pull Requests opened by a
> bot are not merged, or are sitting open for a long period of time, that may
> signal something to the PMC (or maybe the bot isn't useful).
