Indeed was a caching issue, looks like the {{Etag}} response header was not
modified for this content update (also the server does never respond with a 304
to a conditional GET, https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7232) but that
is obviously a different issue now. Thanks for the fix.
