Out of those, I'd encourage everyone to also take a look at the advisors which I think if we collectively execute it right, might make a big difference on how people are perceiving the ASF.
I personally would like that quite a number of people who are active members will take on the "advisors" role in some of the PMCs eventually (and I personally definitely am going to pick a project or two and offer my help).
