I am attempting to use the ASF Board Report Wizard for the first Apache
Grails board report since it graduated a couple week back, as the new Chair.
On https://reporter.apache.org/wizard/, Grails is not listed, but is
accessible on https://reporter.apache.org/wizard/?grails.
On the first sections it displays, Next report date: Wed Oct 15 2025,
which is correct. But on the last section is says, "Your project is not
expected to report this month. You may save drafts but you cannot
publish yet."
Can you assist me with this items?
