Sounds like a volunteer to me! Seriously, if you have time, as a committer you have all the karma you need to stage the release and call the vote. Maybe you could take a look at the release process we have documented on the website and then let us know whether you want to volunteer? We have to wait for a Redback release first, so you have some time to decide. :) -- Wendy
