Also reproducible for us on Android 2.2 and 4.0.3 when resuming the app after
changing network state - turning off wifi or going from 3G to Edge. Can take
minutes to begin responding to touch again. On the 2.2 phone it can even end
up crashing android which reboots or hangs until we take the battery out - this
is consistent with reports from our users. This is with Cordova 2.2.
