Hey there,
That's because the set custom headers were not implemented. I've added a fix in
this commit:

I should also note that this ticket is a duplicate of
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-1954#comment-13510212 (or perhaps the
other way around). In any case, fixed! Let me know how it works.
