in the screenshots you can see a test-case.
ChildBrowser (CB): in CB-02 you can see the "full screen" control.
InAppBrowser (IAB): in IAB-02 you can see the "full screen" control too.
I tested it in iOS6 - and you can see the results CB-03 and IAB-03 after using
the full-screen control.
