Also added a log statement so that we'll know how much of the file was uploaded
when the exception happens. From your stack trace, it looks like it happens
after the file has finished uploading and it's reading the response headers.
I don't suppose you have any server logs that indicate what the error might be?
I *think* what's happening is that server is closing the connection on us.
