I didn't create a directory before hand or more specifically I did create a
directory and then deleted it. When I then tried to create a new directory I
continued to get the error. It most certainly doesn't work as expected. Even
after bring deleted the file / folder still exists somewhere. I conducted
several fresh installs of all the required software (I did not reinstall the
os) and could never get it to work again. Once again it certainly doesn't work
as expected.

Resolution: Not A Problem
This is working as expected. Do not create a directory before hand. Make sure
the directory you pass into {{./bin/create}} does not exist.
