I don't have access either. Perhaps there was a typo when infra added your account to the AdminGroup? Recheck to verify that you're logged in when accessing http://wiki.apache.org/cordova/AdminGroup (you should see ShazronAbdullah at the top of the page), and reopen INFRA-6131 if it still doesn't work.
