Is this script in cordova-mobile-spec still being used? (Andrew, history says 
you added it.) If it is, I can fold it into createmobilespec.js via a new 
option. If it isn't, I can delete it. Just looking to do a little 
housecleaning, but didn't want to break anyone's workflow. Thanks!
