Fix cordova help
`cordova help` is throwing as it's looking for the `./help` module in the
`cordova-lib` module path.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mozilla-cordova/cordova-cli fix-help

https://github.com/apache/cordova-cli/pull/175.patch
