Overwrite existing file on getFile when create is true
Realized that this is the expected behavior when playing with the [phonegap
developer
app](https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-app-developer/blob/f23f53db780c2be3ce4a6388d6b2c731bc0802a1/www/js/app.js#L147-L179).
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rodms10/cordova-plugin-file overwrite-create
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-file/pull/69.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
