Hi, I’ve started to work on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-5921 and create a PR https://github.com/apache/cordova-ios/pull/104 that will generate a workspace instead of a subproject. Next step is to look how to integrate this with cli and maybe change how cli does changes to the project ( use xconfig files instead of changing pbxpoj )
