Looking at the Hooks read me at https://github.com/apache/cordova-lib/blob/master/cordova-lib/templates/hooks-README.md. Looks like after_plugin_uninstall is missing from the list. I'm assuming it's supposed to be there? Let me know and I'll make the change.
