Looking at the plugin guide at http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/4.0.0/plugin_ref_spec.md.html the first sentence on the page refers to a Cordova Plugin Namespace page that no longer exists: http://apache.org/cordova/ns/plugins/1.0.
