Thoughts on Cordova embedded Webview for Windows / Windows Phone 8.1

Hi,

I wanted to find out if there were any docs, posts, thoughts, or technical
blockers on the reason there is no native (C#) library available for xaml
based Windows and Phone 8.1 apps.
