Replace all slashes in windows path
Using a windows path raises an error. This fixes it by replacing all
slashes in windows path instead of just the first one.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/starquake/cordova-plugin-file-transfer patch-1
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-file-transfer/pull/76.patch
