Test with npm install -g cordova@rc The packages were published from their corresponding git tags: cordova-js: 3.9.0 (17a3450e15) cordova-lib: 5.0.0 (cbd2a1e98d) cordova-plugman: 0.23.1 (8b9a73f6d4) cordova-cli: 5.0.0 (6c21fa85d0) Upon a successful vote I will upload the archives to dist/, publish them to NPM, and post the corresponding blog post.
