apache/cordova-plugin-file-transfer#82 is a "quick fix" that could have
been included already. Looking through the references, if this fix is accepted
and released, I suspect it should be possible for
[cordova-plugin-file-transfer](cordova-plugin-file-transfer) to include
apache/cordova-plugin-file-transfer#54.
