This change results in the default Cordova icon and splash image files
beeing left inside the "res/drawable" directory.
Maybe Android does not actually use them, but since the "cordova platform"
command creates the "res/drawable" directory, shouldn't the specified icon and
splash image files be copied into it anyway?!?
