    Solved toLowerCase issue with Locale.US

    There was an issue with toLowerCase method which causes if conditions to 
fail because of user locale
    
    For example: In turkish locale lower case form of WIFI is wıfı. Which 
means "wifi" == "wıfı" condition is never true. Using US Locale with 
toLowerCase methods solves the problem as you can see

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/cantecim/cordova-plugin-network-information 
master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-network-information/pull/29.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
